I like big polka dots. They conjure images of Minnie Mouse, the fashion splash of the 60s, Dalmatians. Really, all things I like.

I like big stripes. They conjure images of the jail burdened, the flag, heaps of ribbon, the french, boats in general!

Which is why I was ecstatic to see so much of this in the Moschino Spring 2011 RTW: The tailoring is immaculate. The whole theme is very patriotic, gallant and quite masculine. It’s over-the-top. I’m showing you the most subdued, wearable images.

And I’m not crazy about the ten gallon hats.
